We had a great time today during our 100th Day reading party. We spent some time reading independently and with a partner. We also listened and watched a read aloud called A Bad Case of the Stripes on the SMARTBoard. Next week, we will be back into our normal routine with reading and spelling. Our story for next week is called The Day Jimmy's Boa Ate the Wash. We will be talking about cause and effect throughout the week.
Please remember to be working with your child on his or her Valentine's Day box as they should be sent to school on Friday, February 9!
